Void if label
(sticker) is removed:
Our refurbished cellular phones have
warranty labels on one of the screws on the
back of the handset. This sticker indicates
when the unit was (1) purchased, (2) the
technician # that worked on the order. Do
not remove/puncture the sticker to get to
the screw. This will void the warranty/
guarantee policy of the handset. In
addition, Do not revoke / change / reprogram
the software in the handset this will void
any warranty/ guarantee that the handset may
carry. Any changes to the handset's software
is done at customer risk.
Warranty void if:
The cellular phone handset has been: exposed
to water / physical damaged / customer
abused or has been tempered with.
90-Day Repair Warranty /
Exchange:
Super Cellular & Pager, Inc. will
exchange or repair any defective
refurbished purchased from our company
within 90 days of the original shipment
unless otherwise stated. In the event that
we are unable to repair the phone, a
replacement of the same model will be
granted to the customer. If the identical
unit is unavailable, we will replace it with
any unit of equal value, or issue a credit
for the current market value (of the
handset) to be applied to future purchases.
Current market value may change without
notice. We will only replace or issue credit
for those units sent in without any missing
accessories or parts. Missing items may
result in a decrease in replacement value.
All refused or out-of-warranty products will
be returned to the customer at their own
expense. We will charge the customer for
handling: receiving, inspecting and
returning to the customer any product which
is found to be ineligible for warranty, or
we did not originally sold to the customer.
Our warranty only applies to whom the unit
was originally sold to. Returns will not be
honored to the third party or end-user
(customer). Super Cellular & Pager, Inc. is
not responsible for any incidental or
consequential damage resulting from exercise
of this limited warranty. In case if the
handset become defected within the period of
the warrantee, the handset must be sent back
to us on the customer expenses along with RA
# and RMA form. Once we receive the defected
unit's), our warranty center will work on
the returned product and repair the faulty
part. Please allow 10-14 business days to
process your units once it has arrived to
our facility. We do not change the housing
of the handset nor make the handset look
like new again. The handset will be returned
and should not have the problem that was
specified when it was received.
New Phones Warranty:
Our brand new phones all have a one year
manufactory warranty.
Return Authorization Number
(RA#):
All units sent in for warranty must be
accompanied by an assigned RMA #. All
requests for warranty must be placed in
writing. Fax or email the filled RMA Form
to the Warranty Department prior to sending
cellular phone back to us. Equipment sent
to Super Cellular without a number will be
refused and returned to the sender at their
cost. The assigned number must appear on the
shipping box. All phones must be returned
to us complete (handset, battery/battery
door, travel charger, box, insert).
Refused Shipments:
Any Super Cellular & PAger, Inc. equipment
refused after shipping will result in
charges applied to customer account for
shipping (to the customer and back to us)
and restocking fee. The restocking fee
charges will be 10% of the total invoiced
amount of the refused shipment. Any order
that is returned to us and reshipped to the
customer will result in additional shipment
fee. These fees are added to the original
invoice total.
Non Sufficient Funds Checks
Any check Super Cellular & Pager, Inc.
received that returned due non-sufficient
funds will result in $25.00 per check
surcharge and those charges to be added to
future charges.
Note
Since the Bluetooth and
accessories are not serialized there will be
no warranty given on those items. Motorola
Bluetooth are OEM and all have manufacture
warranty
